– ser and estar to talk about inherent qualities and circumstances related to the sport;
– comparatives and superlatives to talk about which players are better/the best;
– direct and indirect object pronouns to describe important plays (for example “I caught the ball and threw it [direct object pronoun] to her [indirect object pronoun]”, etc.)
