Based on our text “Tuesday’s with Morrie.” In the first quarter of the book – the readings for this week – the following are points made by Morrie about life:

Morrie was intent on proving that the word “dying” was not synonymous with “useless.”
Learn to forgive yourself and to forgive others.
Don’t assume that it’s too late to get involved.
Are you giving to your community?
Are you at peace with yourself?
The culture we have does not make people feel good about themselves. You have to be strong enough to say that if the culture doesn’t work, don’t buy it.
Love wins, love always wins.
So many people walk around with a meaningless life. The way you bring meaning into your life is to devote yourself to loving others.
The most important thing in life is to learn how to give our love, and to let it come in.
Love is the only rational act.
