Course: Enterprise Risk Management
Purpose
To research ERM for an organization by identifying Risks, supporting Risks,
Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Critical Success Factor (CSF) showing how
to address risks, and being able to present a plan using a Wholistic
approach.
Project:
A new clothing retail company of 10 stores is being established,
and they need to assess the risks to their systems to develop a cyber security
plan. What risks would such a company face, and what would be key
processes and procedures they need to consider to address these risks?
Task
This report should be no less than ten (10) pages of content. You need to include
outside sources and properly cite and reference your sources. You must have at least
ten (10) references, 5 of which must be scholarly peer-reviewed articles. In addition
to the ten (10) pages of content, you will want a title page and a reference sheet. This
report needs to be in proper APA format.
Paper Sections
Groups should outline the following sections as Headers in the paper.
First page: Course information, group, name of members of the group
Background: Problem statement, issues, and background theory
Research questions: What are the research questions? State 3 to 4 research questions
Methodology: What is the research approach (quantitative, qualitative, case study,
survey, etc.).
Data Analysis: What were some of the findings?
Contribution of the study: Answers to hypothesis or support of a proposed framework
Conclusion: What was the conclusion of any data collection? summarize findings, the
overall research, lessons learned, and future research
