Write a research paper about your disease. Your paper should answer the questions below. The paper should be at least three pages long (text body pages, not including the reference page) and thoroughly discuss the answers to the questions below (double spaced, font size 12, any font style (that I can easily read)). Make sure that it is in a paragraph format and includes a reference page (internal references are not needed). The reference page will have a list of the resources that you used (mostly web pages). Include the name of the web page (or article title), the website name (or journal), and the link. Please order the references alphabetically by the name of the web page.

Please address the following points in your paper:

Describe the signs and symptoms of the disease
Describe the incubation time and average length of the disease
What are the treatments for the disease? Is there a cure? Is there a vaccine? Is this disease eradicated, and if not, would this disease be a good candidate for eradication?
What is the prognosis when getting the disease?
In which geographical regions of the world is this disease present?
In the USA at this time, is the disease endemic, epidemic, or sporadic. Is this disease now, or has it ever been an epidemic (anywhere in the world) or a pandemic?
What type of pathogen causes the disease (bacteria, virus, parasitic worm, etc.)? Describe the pathogen.
How is it transmitted?
What are the morbidity, mortality, and fatality rates of the disease?
What is particularly interesting about the disease you picked?
Finally, compare and contrast your disease with COVID-19. Make sure that you have at least one point of comparison and three differences.
