Requirements
• I want to get the auto generated quotes for customers, those would be available to them instantly when they fill out the details of products and services they need in the system.
• I also want to get access of the database in which all the data will be stored so that I can make changes in it.
• 2 portals or interfaces are required in the website. One admin interface where I can login and make changes on my website (all the information such as about company and services etc), which will be updated on the customer interface automatically.
Second interface, will be for employees and customers. Customers and employees should be able to sign up on website and make their account on it. So that they can login and get quotes which will be stored online and could be accessed by customers when they sign in. Employees should also be able to login and see their rosters and make queries if they need. Queries should be stored online and email notification should come to me. If someone doesn’t want to sign up as a customer they should be able to get quote as a guest and get quote no in their email, their contact details should be stored in the system so that I would be able to give them follow up emails and calls in case they don’t contact us back or forget about it.
• Inventory should be available about the products and services we sell. I need access to that inventory just in case I need to make some changes in the prices.
• Website needs to have a chat boot linked with the ‘ frequently asked questions’ , so that when customers type the question in the chat box they should be directed to the similar questions asked by customer in past in FAQ section. If their question is not answered in the FAQ’s that question must be stored in the system and I should be able to get notification so that I can answer the question and post it in FAQ section for next potential customer.
• CRM (Customer relationship management is an approach to manage a company’s interaction with current and potential customers. It uses data analysis about customers’ history with a company to improve business relationships with customers, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth.)
• Multi lingual function in the website. The website should have option to change the language if customers needed to. For example if someone doesn’t understand English they should be able to choose the language they want to get information in and all data given on website should be converted in the language chosen by customer.
• Payment gateway feature should be inbuilt in the website so that customers can pay online for the services if they want to.
• Online booking section needs to be included in the website so that customers can book the services online. The only available dates should be displayed online so that when customers book services online it would not clash with other bookings.
• Chat with the support team. In business hours customers should be able to chat with the support team if they want to. I should get emails of chats started online so that I can see and reply for that if needed.
• Feedback or query form should be included in the website. Where customers can give feedback or mention their queries if they have any and I should get notification in the email so that I can check and answer it.
• Interactive UI. (By keeping the audience in mind).
• Company’s portfolio ( description about the company how long they been operating, where they operate and what services are included etc)
• Knowledge base containing product and service information. (In this section the detailed information of the products and services will be mentioned and the process how we do it types of products we use and how it works.
• Website should be mobile responsive.
Preferred Technologies .net, word press , PHP and any other required to make this project.
Deliverables All the requirements mentioned in the requirement section should be operational.
