It has been argued that there is a close link between HR social and environmental performance and recruitment strategy! As the people who are recruited, need to be a fit not only with their organizational role but also with the organizational culture!
Identify a company of your choice based in the UAE and devise a recruitment policy that creates a lasting value through HR social and environmental performance! In doing so please discuss the link between Corporate Social Responsibility, the social and environmental aspect of it and Human Resource Management!

Executive Summary
A coherent summary of the whole individual assignment! It should provide the reader with a clear understanding of the report without having to look at any other part of the report!
Introduction
• First and second paragraph: use literature review to support your arguments!
• Third paragraph: explain the way you are going to discuss the topic!
Main Body
Structure
• Please use headings and subheading to avoid using the heading ‘main body’. The heading and subheading should describe the content!
• Use sources to elucidate your arguments!
Content
• Provide an overview of the company. In this you need also to provide details of their CSR at a social and environmental level (2- 3 paragraphs. Minimum paragraph 5 lines. Maximum paragraph 15 lines)!
• Discuss: a) the link between CSR and HRM; b) recruitment in general and how recruitment could affect social and environmental performance. Use literature review and examples!
• Discuss your chosen company: for this, you need to devise yourself a recruitment policy that will be focused in ensuring social and environmental performance! The policy needs to be closely aligned to environmental and social CSR
Conclusion
• First paragraph: a summary of what has been discussed!
• Second paragraph: your own conclusion based on the discussions!
