State your hypothesis. This is not a question. It is a statement. No need to elaborate.

• Dependent variable
• Control group
State these in essay format, not bulleted format.
Materials and Methods (5/30)
State your procedure along with the materials that were used, just like a recipe. Be specific (quantities, exact measurements, equipment used, etc.). Do not list your materials. State them as they were used.
Results (5/30)
State your data in essay format. Also, include:
• Data table(s)
• Graph(s)
Graph must be done correctly:
• Title the graph
• Title each axis
• Each line is to be worth the same value
• Appropriate choice of graph is used (line graph, bar graph, pie chart, etc.).
Conclusion and Discussion (5/30)
Discuss your results. Do they agree or disagree with your hypothesis? Why or why not. How can your experiment be improved upon? Have any other questions come to light based on the results of this experiment?
