Older can be better – A qualitative study of older workers who return to work and the related challenges and beliefs (In this study, I will concentrate on people
aged 60 and up)
*Discuss important themes related to workers’ conceptualizations of being an older worker and aging at work, as well as the sorts of organizational
assistance they found most valuable in late career.
You can divide this LR in 3 sections answering the following questions:
1. How do older workers perceive themselves in the workplace?
2. How do they conceptualize and manage age-related changes in their work abilities, attitudes, and approaches?
3. What types of organizational support does this population believe will benefit their well-being and performance?
