2- Interprofessional Teams

Interprofessional teams are instrumental to improving outcomes. Nursing leaders support and promote interprofessional teamwork. In this assignment, you will create a plan to successfully lead an interprofessional team to resolve identified issues.

Explain in detailed points, explaining how you could effectively lead a team in your future role.

In your presentation:
• Identify a leadership theory that will guide your work. Explain how the selected leadership theory will guide your work.
• Address how you will foster teamwork among multidisciplinary team members.
• Identify at least 3 issues that could potentially arise.
